Megan Ellen MacDonald's paintings explore the dynamic between femininity and power through intimate still-life arrangements. Her compositions, inspired by Romantic and Baroque themes, are a unique blend of hyper-feminized objects and nods to digital culture. MacDonald, who is based in Toronto Canada, graduated from OCAD University in 2013 and has exhibited work globally.
